SOS MELKONIAN

30/1/2004

Dear some1 who cares,
I could tell there is something wrong going on these days on the theme of someTHING called “Melkonian”. At first I couldn’t believe it, but later on I proved it to myself and tried to hide my anger and confusion during school since I didn’t want any more of this discussion to be held outside my house as well!
I remember the day I went to Melkonian. It seemed like yesterday I was in class with my new and old friends doing our “duty” as students – disturbing the lesson. I remember how many friends I had when I came to MEI and we used to walk through and out of the buildings. But now Melkonian has turned into this very empty space with very few friends and some of them still thinking of abandoning the school.
I just wanted to thank Melkonian for allowing me to learn and to have the most fabulous friends from all around the world. I would also like to say a very big THANK YOU to the A.G.B.U. (of the States) that is forbidding me to recognize more of the Armenian taught in this wonderful school and that is stealing the most valuable gem in my life... friends!

Note to Melkonian:
Thank you for letting them (A.G.B.U.) rob me with this most filthiest way... thank you thank you thank you
